Work Package 6: Knowledge sharing and innovation upscaling strategies
In order to drive impact, the knowledge-sharing and innovation upscaling approach of the project must take the unique characteristics of the local contexts and participating partners into account. WP6 will coordinate this transdisciplinary effort and drive continuous sharing of information between all partners within the project’s timeline. The specific objectives are:
- SO1. To conceive and co-develop locally adapted knowledge-sharing and innovation upscaling strategies based on a participatory multi-stakeholder approach.
- SO2. To work with all partners to capture the experiences from the lighthouses and the insights from the other work packages, integrating them with existing knowledge to inform and improve the project’s knowledge-sharing approach.
- SO3. To co-create and disseminate evidence-based materials that are adapted to the local contexts, such as learning videos, technical brochures, radio emissions, training sessions, and farmer-to-farmer exchange events.
- SO4. To drive impact by organizing national caravans and conferences that engage the participants in a wider multi-stakeholder dialogue capable of reaching increasingly higher numbers of farmers, policymakers, and extension officers.
